A weekend centered around being together

Morgan came to The Finer Side with a resort chosen and a blank canvas from there. Together, we built the vision from the ground up, creating an inspiration board, color palette, design concepts, custom signage, and a curated vendor team that fit both their vision and their budget.

But what made this weekend so special was the people. Morgan and her groom couldn’t wait to have all of their favorite people together in Mexico. We kicked off the weekend with an intimate rehearsal dinner before welcoming everyone to a larger welcome celebration. It was the perfect start to a weekend centered around being together.

On the wedding morning, the celebration started early with favorite songs, dancing in pajamas, card games, and plenty of excitement for what was ahead. The weather gave us the perfect overcast sky for their ceremony, followed by an abundance of appetizers and signature cocktails during cocktail hour.

And then the dance floor opened.

We have never seen a group take over a dance floor quite like this one. No one wanted to leave. Shirts came off, human bowling pins were formed, hair was whipped back and forth, and the entire room was completely committed to the party. It was the kind of reception you wish you could bottle up and experience all over again.

And when the reception ended, the night wasn’t over. The celebration continued at the club, because this group clearly wasn’t ready to call it a night.

It was an unforgettable weekend filled with their favorite people, their favorite songs, and so many moments that felt completely like them. We’re always grateful to be back at Atelier and love working alongside their incredible team. We can’t wait for the next one.
